4. User Roles and Data Access

Pilgrims

Pilgrims can access their own profile, journey details, camp and bed information, notifications, digital ID, requests, and guidance content.

Organizers

Organizers can access information related to assigned pilgrims and groups, including request status, location information when enabled, and transport alerts.

Admins

Admins can manage pilgrim data, camp data, bed assignments, notifications, resources, requests, analytics, and reports.

Owners

Owners can manage companies, view reports, control system settings, and access company-level operational data.

5. Location Tracking

Location tracking may be used to support Hajj operations, group safety, transport coordination, and emergency response.

Users may be asked to allow location access from their device. Some features may not work correctly if location access is disabled.

Location data should only be used for operational, safety, navigation, and service purposes related to the Hajj journey.
